Then he explain clearly what our services are.  He will also provide you with a rough idea as to how much the process costs. Even though we provide a great amount of information regarding the book-publishing process during this call ... there's no charge and no obligation.

Oh, by the way, we don't sell our customer lists to anyone for any reason ... even better than that, we won't contact you unless you ask us to.  We hate getting all that spam and Internet email advertising, we refuse to be part of the problem. In the same. We've found that when people are ready to publish they will either choose us or not; that's their decision not ours. If our initial conversation doesn't convince you that we're the people you want to do business with, then you'll go elsewhere; again, that's your decision.
